- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Checkout: 11:00 AM Self check-in with smart lock
- *No smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed on the property
- *No pets, hypo-allergenic home.
- Violation of this policy will terminate your reservation with no refunds.
- *No parties or events
- *Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM, based on city ordinance
- *Number of guests on reservation are ALL that stay at the house. Violation of this policy will terminate your reservation with no refunds.
